A Day With Your ADHD Accountability Coach

All-day coaching is four touchpoints wrapped around your actual workday: a scheduled Jump Start call, reminders and transition support at the moments you chose, live Bonus Time help when you stall, and a Retro on the cadence that works for you. Same coach every day, on call 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Jump Start — a scheduled call at the time that works for you

Every day starts with a scheduled call with your coach — the same person as yesterday, who already knows what’s on your plate. You pick the time together: first thing in the morning works for most clients, but if your day really starts at noon, noon it is. On the call you lay out the day, choose the first task, and break it small enough to actually begin. Task initiation is the hardest executive function for most ADHD adults; a day that starts with momentum runs differently than one that starts with a staring contest with the to-do list.

Through the day — reminders and transition support

Your coach messages you over WhatsApp or text at the commitment points you set in the morning — and these aren’t bare nudges. A typical reminder arrives with a clear title, a short paragraph of the context you’ll want in your head for the task or meeting you’re heading into, and any files you’ll need at hand. It’s transition support: your coach carries your context across the gap between tasks so you don’t lose twenty minutes rebuilding it.

When you stall — Bonus Time

It’s 2pm and the email still isn’t sent. Instead of spiraling, you call Bonus Time and your coach gets you live — up to 45 minutes a day of real-time help to untangle the block, shrink the task, and sit with you while you start. This is the moment weekly coaching structurally can’t reach: the stall happens on Tuesday, not in Thursday’s session.

Retro — on the cadence that works for you

The Retro is where you and your coach review what’s helping and what got in your way. Most clients do a short one daily toward the end of the day, around 4–5pm — but it can be weekly, or a longer monthly session; any cadence within coverage hours that serves you. Behind it, we use our proprietary technology and methodologies to evaluate which specific strategies are most likely to be the best next thing for you to try in practice — so the Retro isn’t just reflection, it’s how your program adapts to you.

Why the same coach matters

Every touchpoint compounds because it’s one person: your coach learns your patterns, your avoidance tells, and what actually gets you moving. That continuity is the difference between a service and a partner — and it’s why we never rotate coaches. Full Support is $750/month — about 195 covered hours, under $4 per covered hour (see the cost math). Start tomorrow morning.
