How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in Maryland

Many workers in the Washington suburbs of Montgomery and Prince George's counties commute into DC by Metrorail, MARC commuter rail or the I-270 and I-495 highways, and the MARC Penn Line links Baltimore and Washington. Federal offices, hospitals and universities provide many jobs in the Baltimore–Washington corridor, and most providers listed here offer telehealth for people who work from home or have long commutes.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
