How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in New Hampshire

About 16% of New Hampshire workers age 16 and older worked from home in 2024, compared with 7.3% in 2019. In 2019 about 15.2% of the state's workforce, roughly 107,000 people, crossed state lines to work, mainly in Massachusetts, and fewer do so now.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
