How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in Pennsylvania

In the Philadelphia area, SEPTA runs 13 Regional Rail lines into the city, and Paoli/Thorndale line ridership has not fully recovered since 2020 in part because of remote work. In Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Regional Transit runs buses, light rail and inclines, and the average commute is 26.2 minutes in Allegheny County and 23.4 minutes in the city.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
