A typical ADHD coach charges about $150 for one session and meets a client about four times a month (Sibley and colleagues, JAMA Network Open, 2026). Daily coaching costs more per month and far less per hour of coach time; see how much an ADHD coach costs.

How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in Rhode Island

Rhode Island has MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line commuter rail service between Wickford Junction, T.F. Green Airport, Providence and Pawtucket/Central Falls, with trains continuing to Boston. Route 146, I-295 and I-95 link northern Rhode Island to Providence and Boston, and some northern Rhode Island commuters drive to a rail station and take the train for the last stretch.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
