A typical ADHD coach charges about $150 for one session and meets a client about four times a month (Sibley and colleagues, JAMA Network Open, 2026). Daily coaching costs more per month and far less per hour of coach time; see how much an ADHD coach costs.

How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in South Carolina

Interstate 26 links Charleston, Columbia and the Upstate, and I-385 connects Greenville to I-26. In Greenville, I-85 runs south of the city, with I-185 and I-385 as the routes in, and Spartanburg is about a 35 to 40 minute drive away via I-85, so some people live in one city and work in the other.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
