How to choose

Need diagnosis, medication or therapy? Start with a clinic or a psychiatrist; coaching works alongside that care, not instead of it. Want to learn a system over a few months? A 12-week course or weekly coaching fits. Already know what to do and still can't start, switch or finish on an ordinary Tuesday? That is the gap daily coaching fills: someone in your day, not in your week. Read daily vs. weekly ADHD coaching for the full comparison.

What daily coaching looks like in Washington

In the Puget Sound area, workers travel between Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma on Sound Transit light rail, Sounder commuter trains, buses and Washington State Ferries, and many office jobs are in downtown Seattle, South Lake Union and Bellevue. Hybrid and remote schedules are common for office work in this region, and Spokane and Vancouver are separate metro areas, with many Vancouver residents commuting across the Columbia River to Portland.

Every workday: a 30-minute Jump Start call to plan the day; Transition Support by WhatsApp or SMS before each commitment, with a check-in after; Bonus Time, a 15-minute call on demand when you're stuck, up to 2 a day; and a 15-minute Retro to close the day. Up to 75 minutes of live coach time a day, with the same person all week. A Full Support coach works with no more than 5 clients. See a full day with an ADHD coach.
